Molly Gloss, prize-winning novelist, is the author of Jump-Off Creek, Wild Life, and The Hearts of Horses. She discusses her writing and her forthcoming novel due out in fall 2014. Gloss was interviewed in November 2013 for UO Today by Paul Peppis, interim director of the Oregon Humanities Center.

Gloss visited the UO campus as a participant in the 40th anniversary celebration of the Center for the Study of Women in Society, the Department of Women’s and Gender Studies, and the ASUO Women’s Center. She gave a reading from her literary work, participated in a panel of the Sally Miller Gearhart “Worlds Beyond World” Feminist Science Fiction Symposium, and introduced author Ursula K. Le Guin for the celebration keynote.
