CSWS Operations Manager Dena Zaldúa recently accepted a position as the new Development Director for the MRG Foundation, which works for a more just and joyful Oregon by making grants to radical, cutting edge, and grassroots social justice groups across the state.
Zaldúa joined the staff of CSWS on July 1, 2016, in the newly forged position of operations manager. We at CSWS will miss her energetic presence, and we wish her well in her new job.
In leaving CSWS, Zaldúa noted: “It has been a sincere honor to have been a part of lifting up such an important part of intersectional feminist research and scholarship over the past nearly three years. I am grateful for the opportunity to have done so. I leave intending to do CSWS, and the University of Oregon, proud in the next step on my professional path.”
