This year’s series will kick off on February 28, with a talk by Eileen Otis, associate professor, UO Department of Sociology, on how workers in China have confronted the world’s biggest employer, and how they have challenged, accomodated or reshaped Walmart’s labor practices.
Eileen Otis has received two CSWS Faculty Research Grants in support of this research.
